Cancellation and Refund Policy – Yono DMC

At Yono DMC, we understand that plans may change, and unexpected situations can arise. To ensure a transparent and fair process for our valued customers, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:

  1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@yonodmc.com or through our customer support hotline +91124-237-1510.

  1. Cancellation Deadlines
  • Tours and Packages:
    • Cancellations made 12 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 100% refund.
    • Cancellations made between  3 and 7 days prior to departure: 80% refund.
    •  50% refund for cancellations made within   2 days of departure.
  • Hotel Bookings:
    • Cancellations made 10 days prior to the check-in date: 100% refund.
    • Cancellations made between 3 and 5 days prior to check-in: 80% refund.
    • 50% refund for cancellations made within 2 days of check-in.
  • Flight Bookings:
    • Refund policies vary based on the airline. Please refer to the airline’s terms and conditions for details.
  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Certain fees, taxes, or third-party services may be non-refundable. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
  1. Modifications and Rebooking
  • Modifications to bookings may be allowed, subject to availability and applicable fees. Contact our customer support for assistance.
  1. Force Majeure
  • In cases of unforeseeable events or force majeure, such as natural disasters or political unrest, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel trips. Refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
