1. Cancellation Requests

2. Cancellation Deadlines

• Tours and Packages:

• • Cancellations made 12 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between  3 and 7 days prior to departure: 80% refund.
  •  50% refund for cancellations made within   2 days of departure.

• Hotel Bookings:

• • Cancellations made 10 days prior to the check-in date: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3 and 5 days prior to check-in: 80% refund.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made within 2 days of check-in.

• Flight Bookings:

• • Refund policies vary based on the airline. Please refer to the airline’s terms and conditions for details.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Certain fees, taxes, or third-party services may be non-refundable. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Modifications and Rebooking

• Modifications to bookings may be allowed, subject to availability and applicable fees. Contact our customer support for assistance.

6. Force Majeure
